I leave Monday

This week was really good and busy.  I ship out to chile this Monday and have an 8hr20m flight from here to Santiago overnight.  I had to weigh my bags today to make sure I would have the space and weight for the flight.  I am all good but it is hard to get my carry on to only be 17 pounds when coming here it was 28.  Just some redistribution.

There was some gas shortage in the city this week because the government shut it down through pipes because people were stealing it or something.  So it had to be shipped in in trucks.  Crazy stuff.  It was hours of a wait for people to get their gas.  It rained for the first time while I have been here.  Nothing too crazy but strange for this place it seems.  I taught a zone class on hope and why it is important for us to have that Christlike attribute.  My comp has a sore throat this week.  He has been suffering a bit while here.  I have been blessed with health here.  We were given a "golden plates" that has been here since 2015 and kept in the district with the favorite scriptures marked in it.  It is really cool

It is busy getting ready to leave and planning everything I need to do before I leave.  But I will talk to you all when I am in Chile.  Also, someone in our district snortedNesquikk powder for 100 pesos

The Holy Ghost is a God that can bring to our remembrance things that we knew before this life.  Lots of things can bring us immediate satisfaction or make us temporally happy but true joy is feeling more like God and having eternal happiness.  Like families, service, knowing the truth. This Gospel brings a lot of joy.  Alma 36:20 Y, ¡oh qué gozo, y qué luz tan maravillosa fue la que vi! Sí, mi alma se llenó de un gozo tan profundo como lo había sido mi dolor.
